About Me

I offer therapeutic support and guidance to parents during the postnatal period and beyond.
I am a registered Health Visitor and Paediatric Nurse. I graduated from Southampton University with an honours degree in Paediatric Nursing in 2004 and worked at Guys and St Thomas’ hospitals in London across a variety of specialities, including Neonatal Care.
In 2008, I decided to pursue my passion for early years and for promotion of health and wellbeing in families. I was awarded distinction for a postgraduate diploma in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing and commenced working as a Health Visitor for the NHS in 2009.
I now combine my NHS commitment with independent work with families, to help parents meet the physical, emotional and behavioural needs of their children. I aim to provide current evidence based guidance and non-judgemental support.
I have three young children of my own and appreciate the complexity of parenting. I am here to listen to you and your experience of caring for your child and help you get to a place with your parenting that you are happier with.
